Through his extensive work with top tier families in the MENA region, he has significant experience in areas of family and ownership governance, succession and inheritance planning, corporate governance and family office set-ups.
Abdallah works with the principals of entrepreneurial families, often comprised of the shareholders or senior members of the family. He specialises in the design of ownership governance frameworks, drafting bespoke Family Constitutions/Charters and supporting their implementation thereafter. He also focuses on the development of next generation family members through educational workshops.
He has considerable experience in the assessment, and design of fit-for-purpose governance frameworks. This often comprises working with the board of directors and executive management of family businesses and private companies.
Abdallah has also worked in the corporate finance space within two big four firms before focusing on the wealth management industry. During that time, he has gained extensive transaction advisory experience ranging from equity valuations, building/developing financial models, financial due diligence, restructuring, and business plan development across various sectors.
