Chavalit Frederick Tsao is the fourth-generation family business steward and Chairman of IMC Group, a global shipping business with a diverse portfolio of interests and investments in shipping, property, investment management, and the shifting of human consciousness. He is instrumental in reforming his own family business and is committed to its sustainability.

Chavalit believes that humanity is now experiencing the dawn of an era of well-being, where business will reform to lead the rise of a new global economy, which he refers to as the "wellbeing and happiness economy". Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, in political science with minor in biochemistry, and Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center with election to The Tax Lawyer as Associate Editor. Catherine is admitted to the New York State Supreme Court’s Appellate Division, First Department, and U.S. Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York and the State Bar of California.

Jack has extensive experience in derivatives and structured investments. He is also a second generation member of the family, whose primary business is in palm oil plantation and milling, wood products and property development in Malaysia.

Jack spent 7 years at JPMorgan in London and Hong Kong working in a variety of roles, including securitisation origination in their London Debt Capital Markets, interest rate derivatives structuring and equity derivatives sales. He has also had short stints at Coventry Capital, a boutique life settlements solutions and fund provider, and UBS’ Hong Kong equity derivatives unit covering South East Asia institutional investors.

He also has a deep understanding of the nuts and bolts of asset management including a strong regard for good governance and compliance, having begun his career in financial services and investment management in 2005 with the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a regulator, focusing on fund management and other capital market intermediaries.

Subsequently, Veiverne joined Rabobank in 2007, where he led M&A and advisory transactions for clients from both Asia and Europe. Among the Asian clients he served, a number were large family-owned businesses and Veiverne gained not only an understanding of the mergers and acquisitions space, but also the intricacies that allowed these families and their businesses to be persistently successful across generations. During this time, Veiverne also championed ESG early initiatives in Asia and represented Rabobank as a member on the inaugural Roundtable for Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO).

In 2010, Veiverne’s joined GIC. In addition to leading investment selection and due diligence for alternative fund investments and direct investments, Veiverne was also responsible for helping to determine the strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction and managing capital budgeting for the PE, VC and infrastructure portfolio. He also oversaw regular reporting to the Board and the client for these asset classes.

Veiverne brings a practitioner’s insight to the implementation of endowment style models to manage long term pools of capital seeking meaningful capital appreciation over the long term. More recently, Veiverne was a co-founder of tryb Group, a principal investment firm focused on financial services and financial technology investments in Southeast Asia. He holds a MSc in Applied Finance from the Singapore Management University and a MEng in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Bristol.

During her 10+ year career at Endeavor, Cindy built Endeavor’s presence in Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Cindy is passionate about social impact, and has served on the advisory board of the Asian Venture Philanthropy Network (AVPN) and investment committee for Patamar Capital’s Investing in Women Fund. She holds degrees from Wellesley College and the Harvard Business School.

Egon von Greyerz began his professional life in Geneva as a banker and thereafter spent 17 years as the Finance Director and Executive Vice-Chairman of Dixons Group Plc. His work in industry spans roles globally as an executive in pharma (Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma) as well as in fast-growing US Tech (Health Catalyst) and a variety of roles as board member, venture partners, mentor, advisor to early stage fast-growing startup business (e.g. Genialis, Alkahest). In 2021 he worked with the Angelini family to establish Angelini Ventures, a 300M Venture Fund, launched in 2022, investing in early and growth stage companies in healthcare, where he helped to hire a global and diverse team of people.

More recently, together with his wife Priya, he has embarked on identifying and supporting sustainable and impactful businesses in particular in the early childhood and maternal health space, be it existing business that could be transformed and scaled, or new entrepreneurial business ideas. I have led operation teams across various Institutions to provide data and analytics services to thousands of employees. Previously, Peter developed and oversaw joint ventures in Taiwan with SPH, Indonesia with the Alisjahbana family, and Korea with Design House Inc. Prior to joining Burda, Peter worked in New York for the Economist, where he developed the magazine’s US market penetration strategy, now its largest market, and for Scientific American.

He has extensive Asian business experience in Japan, Korea, China, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Peter received his BA in business studies from the London Metropolitan University and served in the 21st Special Air Service (SAS) while in the UK military.

In addition, he was at that time lecturer at the cooperative bank academy as well at the state academy in Karlsruhe/Germany.

Following his training as Certified EFFAS Financial Analyst, he was Head of Research & Asset Management and Investor Relations at a securities trading bank in Frankfurt/Germany.

Since October 1, 2016, Mr. Zenner is managing partner of Family Office 360grad AG in Stans / Nidwalden. He has experience since 21 years consulting in family business and family entrepreneurs.

Dennis advises individuals and companies under investigation for economic crimes both locally and internationally. He has been involved in matters of interest to all major international investigative and regulatory agencies, including the DOJ, FBI, IRS, SEC, the U.S. Secret Service, the U.S.Department of Homeland Security, and the U.K.’s SFO and NCA.

Dennis’s international law work includes representing and advising States on matters that concern public international law including international criminal law.

Dennis is an expert in international anti-money laundering law and the implementation of multilateral UN treaties to combat transnational organised crime. He was invited to participate as an individual expert on anti-money laundering and international criminal law at the 14th United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice in Kyoto in 2021 and to participate at the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime in Vienna.

In 2021, Dennis was granted special accreditation to participate in the first United Nations General Assembly Special Session against corruption held in New York.

In December 2021, Dennis participated as an accredited observer at the 9th session of the Conference of the State Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) held in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt.

In 2022, Dennis participated as a non-governmental stakeholder in the first Constructive dialogue on the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organised Crime (UNTOC) review process following the conclusion of the thirteenth session of the Working Group on International Cooperation and the thirteenth session of the Working Group of Government Experts on Technical Assistance held in the U.N. Office in Vienna.

In 2022, Dennis participated as a non-governmental stakeholder in the briefings for non- governmental organisations on the margins of the 13th session of the UNCAC Implementation Group held in the U.N. Office in Vienna.

In 2023, Dennis was invited to deliver a presentation at the United Nations Constructive Dialogue on International Law Enforcement Cooperation in Vienna, highlighting the importance of the observance of human rights within the context of international law enforcement cooperation, and offering recommendations as to best practice.

His career highlights include spearheading Singapore’s multifaceted engagement with India, such as negotiating the India- Singapore Strategic Partnership in 2015 and introducing Singapore’s Skills Development brand to India. As Director General at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he was appointed to the Ministry’s board overseeing human resource and corporate governance policies.

Jonathan is a community volunteer and grassroots leader with over two decades of service in Singapore. He remains Patron, Punggol West Citizens’ Consultative Committee – the apex governing committee in an electoral constituency, and founding Chairman, Punggol West Harmony Circle – an organisation dedicated to fostering inter-faith relations. For his notable contributions to society, in 2019, Jonathan was conferred the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (PBM) by the President of Singapore. In 2023, he was elected Vice President, Singapore-Turkey Friendship Association, a Singapore non-profit organisation that promotes cross-cultural ties. A recipient of the prestigious US Fulbright Scholarship in 2004, Jonathan has a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Arts (Honors), from the Edmund A Walsh School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University, USA. Jonathan resides in Singapore and is married with two sons.
